By submitting this Membership Application, applicant agrees not to use, reproduce, distribute and/or disclose the proprietary and confidential information belonging to Coast Yachts. Applicant agrees not to engage in activities that could be used competitively or to the business disadvantage of Coast Yachts. Applicant agrees to hold strictly confidential the documents and business information obtained during the application process.
